Bachelor’s degree from Doshisha Women’s College. Early in her career, she established a community of engineers as an event marketing specialist at Oracle Corporation. She obtained her Marketing Certificate from the University of Southern California while working as a freelance marketer in the U.S. and Japan. At a Blockchain start-up, she introduced Blockchain technology to over 750 non-technical people. She is a NEMber.

After becoming expert in recruiting new grads at SoftBank Group, he worked 17 years at Rakuten, Inc., along the way, establishing the Fukuoka branch, managing the Food & Beverage department and 12 overseas branches as an executive officer of Rakuten. As he is strongly attracted to the concept of Blockchain -- disrupting centralization through the power of technology – he established Engate, Inc..

He first established a start-up that brought transparency to the real estate industry. When he encountered Ethereum Blockchain, he was smitten by the new concept of the world triggered by technology, so he established another new company, Cryptoeconomics Lab Japan. He also owns a BBQ restaurant business in Indonesia. Very aggressive serial entrepreneur.

Currently, he is in charge of creating a cryptocurrency business at CAMPFIRE inc.. He was raised in Japan, the U.S., and Belgium, and he aims to to build a bridge from Japan to the world through the Blockchain business.
He became a faithful fan of The Hiroshima Toyo Carp baseball team when he lived in Hiroshima as a child.

He started his career as a serial entrepreneur, establishing three businesses when he was a college student: restoration assistance following the Great East Japan earthquake, student tutor dispatch service, and a student dispatch service for other tasks. When he joined irodori, Inc., he engaged in application development projects for both irodori Inc.’s portfolio companies and other major companies. Currently, he is in charge of requirement definition, UI/UX design, and both front-end and server-side development.

After graduating from university and starting his career at IBM, he spent 13 years as a sales representative in the financial industry. During that time he established a business development division. Currently he works for Salesforce Japan as Sales Director of the Non-profit Organizations sector. He is passionate about adult education. He founded “Koukoku juku”, an NPO committed to assisting athletes, 10 years ago.
After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Kobe University, he became an expert in website marketing for smartphones and tablets, at Metaps Group. He then moved on to 17 Media Japan where he ran a a social tipping service and produced live streamers and supported talent agencies. He is keen to empower individuals, so he was drawn to Engate, Inc. When he was a kid, “Slam Dunk” inspired him to start playing basketball.
While a university student, he started a company to develop event planning and chat apps. After he graduated, he worked for DENEN Co. Ltd. as a product manager, experiencing product development, sales, and marketing along the way. At DENEN, he designed original tokens and their applications. Currently, as a freelance engineer, he has joined Engate to work on blockchain service development and to serve as an instructor at Bitcoin seminars.
After graduating from the Faculty of Science at KINDAI University with a degree in product design, Hirata learned programming and 3DCG. He then worked for several start-ups as well as SONY research Lab as a 3DCG software developer. Since 2008 he has been a freelance iOS engineer. Over the years Hirata has expanded his repertoire to a broad range of technologies such as VR/AR/MR, Windows software, printer driver, chatbot, digital fabrication, interactive content, and the Unity application. He became a blockchain engineer because he can envision how it can contribute to making a better society. He is also a serial winner of Hackathons. Most recently, he won first prize at the August 2018 Bitcoin Hackathon for Mobile Developers.
While he was a university student, Ochiai interned at a start-up, then following graduation, joined the same company as a web developer. In 2017, he encountered DApps, then switched to blockchain development in expectation of the arrival of the web 3.0 world. Ochiai is currently working on a research project for Ethereum Plasma at Cryptoeconomics Lab Japan, and in his spare time contributes to the development of study materials to increase the number of blockchain engineers in Japan. He also serves as Secretary General to the Fukuoka Blockchain Lab, and promotes blockchain related businesses.
Before Ochiai established Cryptoeconomics Lab, he dropped out of Kyushu University, Institute for Material Chemistry and Engineering.
Currently, he contributes to Ethereum, Plasma, zk-SNARKs blockchain technologies as an engineer. He also leads the “Plasma Chamber” community and released the framework for building trustless DApps. Using Ethereum security inheritance technology, high transaction throughputs per second was achieved, simultaneously increasing resistance to 51% attacks.
Luminaries of the Ethereum world laud his 2nd layer research as world class. His goal is to code for the self-organization of all creations in nature.
Bachelor’s degree from Waseda University. After joining SoftBank Group, he helped establish its VC investment fund. He is currently the CEO of a FinTech company and also works with multiple start-up companies while raising his first daughter. He is an excellent researcher and good at leveraging knowledge to create something new.

A senior at Keio University studying in the Faculty of Economics. After he worked at SoftBank Robotics as an intern, Sota joined blockchain startup “Chronicled” in Silicon Valley. When he returned to Japan, he organized events and seminars for CryptoAge, a community for youth who have interest in the crypto world, He currently works at Cryptoeconomics Lab.
While working at Rakuten, from 2003, she successfully established the marketing division. Then she engaged in creating both a CRM program called “PointClub”, and SuperDB, a marketing data warehouse. After becoming expert at database marketing, she established the direct sales division. After Rakuten, she engaged in creating website-oriented services for the smartphone and tablet markets.
After these rewarding experiences, in 2015 she established her own consulting firm, Data & Marketing, Inc.
A popular sports journalist and opinion leader in Japan and Visiting Researcher at the Research Institute for Sport Business, Waseda University. When he lived in London, Naohiko was inspired to write sports business articles at the time England and Wales formed the Premier League. He currently supervises the content for soccer manga “Aoashi”, drawing on stories from high school student athletes. Aoashi was awarded the 4th prize in the Cartoon Grand Prize in 2017.
Recently, he authored “The Future of Sport Business”, a book published by Nikkei BP.
Bachelor’s degree from Hitotsubashi University. Co-founder of Japan’s first social lending service. As a serial entrepreneur, he co-founded a Blockchain start-up, then launched DLT: Distributed Ledger Technology. He also co-founded TRENDE, a P2P utility trading platform provider. “I value the atmosphere in which my staff can casually talk to me.”
Jogging is part of his everyday routine, and he does strength training two to three times a week.
